Take a pencil and paper and answer the following questions.  There are no right or wrong answers.  This exercise is for you to help focus on how you feel about yourself.

  1. If you could wave a magic wand and change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

  2. Currently, what is the single most satisfying aspect of your life?

  3. Conversely, what are you most afraid of right now?

  4. What was the best thing that happened to you last week?

  5. What do you like to do most of all?  When was the last time you did it?

  6. When somebody meets you, what is his/her first impression of you?

  7. What is the one thing you do best?

  8. What was the most important decision you ever made in your life?

  9. What was the most significant event in your life?

  10. What is the greatest risk you have ever taken?

  11. Who is the one person who has contributed the most to making you what you are?  What did he/she do?

  12. What is the single thing you most want to do before you die?
